SANTA YSABEL, CALIFORNIA - It's no secret that I love doing maternity shoots. But what makes it even better is when I am working with first-time parents-to-be. The excitement of uncertainty and expectations of these parents-to-be create the vibe on the set of these sessions, like Claudia and Erick's session. These two lovecats were full of wonder about the future and what to expect when their baby made its world debut. As we were photographing these photos, I didn’t mind imparting our experience of being parents. It fueled the session even more, giving a vibe of expectation for the future of things to come for this small family—a vibe of hope and happiness. We wish the best for this family, and I hope this session reminds them of the happiness that they share.
